Book our Custom Color Service after that email us at Renemariecollection@gmail.com, with your name and order number in the subject line and a photo or description of your request. You should note that this service may add additional processing time. For a faster response, you may also text us to discuss your desired look and view a selection of available colors. We suggest this method to ensure that our vision is the same.

Pricing for color services without purchasing hair from us differs. To get a quote for bundles/wigs and etc, you will need to email us. For us to test the quality of the hair that is being sent in we will need to do a test strand for quality first. We will inform you if the quality of the hair is or is not suitable for the color you want.

- We ask for 7-14 Business Days to process and ship orders. During promotional sales, order processing may take longer than normal to prevent delays with your order processing, make sure your shipping address is the same as your billing address that is associated with your bank institution and that the information that is being submitted is spelled accurately, as we will not authorize any changes once it has been submitted. If the information does
not match, your order might not be able to successfully process. All orders shipped via UPS and/or USPS and must be signed for. All packages are shipped directly
from our warehouse in San Pablo, CA.

Our hair will NOT come in a Jet Black Color, they will come in a natural shade of brown. You can add "Custom Color Service" to your cart by typing custom in the search bar if you would like us to customize your purchase to your desired look.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are no refunds and/or
cancellations allowed due to the nature of our products.
We ask that you do not book a hair appointment until your
order is in your possession, please do not email or text customer support asking about your package.
In the event an error is made on our end, please email customer support with a detailed message with the issue once you receive your package. Also, pictures and/or videos are extremely helpful and required.
Purchasing from this site you understand and agree that ALL SALES ARE FINAL - due to the nature of this product and sanitation reasons, we can not resale once the order has been
shipped. We can and will make alterations if it is our fault but returns and refunds are not accepted.
