Which payment methods are acceptable?

We accept Visa debit cards, Discover, AMEX, Apple Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Sezzle, Zelle/Cash App & Shop Pay. 

Are payments refundable?

All payments are final and non-refundable whether it be a pre-order, or custom order.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products - All sales are final. We do not allow consumers to return or exchange hair nor products unless we are at fault.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

If I live in the Bay Area, CA can I pick up or get my order dropped off at my resident? 

Yes, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or text message when your order is ready for pick up and we offer drop off services as well please be sure to send the required documents before time of pick up/drop off. Don't worry for our Vixens that live far we also offer Worldwide Shipping.

How can I track my package once it is mailed?

Once your package is mailed via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). You are able to contact them directly to track your package below:

When can I expect to receive my order?

Our standard processing time varies depending on the item please check our shipping policy for the estimated time (excluding federal holidays). 

I have entered an incorrect address what can I do?

As much as we would love to help, we cannot change the information once it has been submitted by you "the customer" this is why we ask for the information to be double checked upon submitting.

 

What do I do if my package was returned to the sender? 

If your package is returned to us after an attempted delivery, we can send the package back to you, but you will be responsible for covering the shipping fee.

 

If I ordered a Sleep Pretty Set, when will I receive the order?

Accessory Orders will ship within 1-3 business days. If you order an accessory with a Ready to wear wig that requires a longer processing time, they will all ship together once the wig is completed.

 

 

HAIR CARE MAINTENANCE

What kind of hair do you offer?

We sell the following hair: Raw Vietnamese and Mink Brazilian Virgin hair. All ethnic hair blends well with African American, Caucasian, Latina and so much more.

Do your lace products come pre-plucked? 

Yes, all lace products are bleached and slightly pre-plucked to save our Vixens time at no additional cost. 

What is the difference between Transparent and HD Lace?

The biggest difference between the two lace is the lace color. As the name suggest Transparent Lace is transparent, which means undetectable and invisible. Our HD Film Lace also known as High Definition creates the Illusion which is a much closer result to the look of your skin vs your average Transparent Lace. It is thinner and melts completely into our scalp which makes it undetectable and your hairline less visible. The cost for HD Film Lace aka High-Definition Lace is also more pricey than Transparent Lace. 

What is the difference between Lace Closure and Full Lace Frontal Wigs?

Closures are used to recreate the natural parting of the hairline and are normally sewn into place. While frontals recreate the hairline from ear to ear and are bonded in place in order to add versatility of the styling. Closure Wigs are also more beginner friendly and requires less maintenance as a Frontal Wig requires more maintenance and upkeeping.

How much does each bundle weigh?

Each bundle is of hair is weighted between 3.2-3.5 ounces.

How long does the hair last?

We call our Raw Vietnamese hair "the forever hair" because it can last for just that long if taken care properly, Mink Brazilian Virgin hair can last 2+ years if taken care properly. Please follow the hair care cards that come with every order.

Can I color the hair?

All of our hair can achieve color to your desired liking as it 100% human hair. We recommend that you go to a professional for any bleaching or coloring if you are not sure how to color your hair properly.

Do you have any installment plans available? 

Yes, we have multiple Buy Now, Pay Later options such as Klarna, PayPal, and Shop Pay with a minimal purchase of $150.

If I order through an installment payment such as Klarna or Shop pay will my order still be processed right away? 

Yes, all orders will be processed as normal, once payment has been received and your item is ready to be shipped just like using any other payment methods.
