Here at Rene Marie Co, we pride ourselves in giving you a luxurious experience and high-quality products at our most affordable price. If you are unhappy with your purchase from Rene Marie Co, please contact us once your order has arrived in its original packaging (hair extensions and wigs must still be intact & not used for your money back! 

We will not accept the hair if it has been:

• Installed or Used
• Treated with chemicals (bleached or dyed)
• Bundle rubber bands has been cut, broken or and/or removed.
• Wet or not in its original condition.
• The hair texture/pattern has been altered with in any form.

In order for you to receive a refund via store credit or half refund returned to the card that was used during the time of purchase (not including taxes or shipping fees).

You must contact us the same day your order was delivered before returning & submitting a picture & receive approval via email. You will be responsible for the shipping fees, and the original shipping fees and taxes will be deducted from credit. Disclaimer: We are not responsible if the package is lost in transit.
