Bay Area Pick Up Policy
AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER📝
Please be sure to send in a photo of your Valid Government Issued Identification and the last four digits of your Debit/Credit Card that was used for checkout.
Our pickup hours are Monday - Friday from 11am - 4pm and there are no pick ups Saturday & Sunday. Please text us at 321-335-2028 so we can schedule a pick-up time that works best for you and us.
Please pick up your order at your scheduled pick-up day/time.
Please understand we can only accommodate you, if you communicate with us. Once you purchase from our site, there will be absolutely no exchanges, cancellation or refunds unless we are responsible.
No shows will not receive a refund, your pickup order will be cancelled immediately, and your order will be shipped to you, and you will be charged the $35 fee for inconvenience.
